confessions of a shopaholic

this week i felt the need to buy these vintage pillowcases from etsy
sweet pillowcases 
isn't her packaging adorable?

 they are from the same bedding line as my feelie.
(fyi- my feelie is a pillowcase my Great Grandma gave me 
when I was a baby. I have slept with it every night since. 
seriously, i still sleep with it. )

Sponges are gross and I love that I can just throw these in the wash.

Happy Friday! 
My mom's mini surprise dinner for her birthday is tomorrow.
I am making her a berry pie instead of cake.

    I've been in such a funk because of the flu, but now that I'm starting to feel better, I just feel like buying stuff! I won't tell my husband because he'll tell me not to, but I think I just might have to do some browsing on etsy today!

    I love vintage pillowcase and sheet patterns, and I actually have the set that matches what she used to tie your cases up with!
