the great pumpkin

i few pumpkin pictures from home. i love that my brother decided to be a pumpkin farmer
but you have to do everything by hand...
planting,picking,washing
(and he is the pickiest pumpkin picker ever)
barn 1

barn 2

collecting gourds
in the bread racks
isn't my Mammie & Pappy's house the cutest?
the best part-- he designed and built it with his own 2 hands.

happy saturday!
we are taking Scout-alicious to the vet
and then I have a cheesecake buffet to tackle.

I stumbled across you blog and I'm glad I did. What a sweet blog you have!

Pumpkin farming and picking sounds fun! Oh, I miss pumpkins pies.

i love that you made up a tongue twister to describe your brother! the thing i hate most about growing is having any kind of beans, because my back doesn't want to get straight after bending over to pick them all day long! plus, i don't even eat them!

This is so awesome! I work for Nestle and we make Libby's pumpkin mix and there was a HUGE shortage of pumpkins last year for us, we could have used these!
