green stars

when I was home last weekend I was raiding my Momma's craft desk (full of glitter puffy paint, and spinning racks of scissors) and I found the sweetest little jar of green stars. Remember the kind of stars you earned on progress charts in elementary school?

yep, she even labeled them.

I knew I got my ocd from somewhere.

and I am so happy I finally learned how to use my new camera because it takes the best pictures.

I love not having to edit everything!

the insurance company is saying my car is a total loss so now we are on the hunt for something new.

finished putting up my pink tree last night.

the boyf doesn't love it.but I love it. so he pretends to love it.

every ornament on it is vintage.

most of them belonged to my franternal grandmother.

Every time I look at the tree, I think of her.

She would love it!

my tree topper broke.

I found some cute vintage ones on etsy.

Anyone have any good ideas?

I also inherited this set of handmade Three Kings.

they like to hang out & drink 7 up.

my aunt makes these stars.

they look adorable with our stockings.

on a side note.

I ate LIFE cereal for dinner last night.

I realize this is probably an unhealthy amount of sugar.
